I'm overly jealous of the stuff you make. Sure I can code just as well, but I can't come through on a large project like you can. Not to mention the time you spend on artistic graphics.

Your coding skills are probably more advanced than mine, since I only very few functions in Flash.
But I think if you want to pull through on large scale projects there's only three important thing to do: Plan! Plan! Plan!
The reason why most big projects fall apart is because the planning is cut short, often because people are eager to 'get started,' programming, drawing, etc. When people get cool ideas they want to manifest it ASAP.
Before you go on a journey somewhere, you check all the bus schedules, plane flights, road maps... You want to know EXACTLY how to get to your destination. I guess it's the same for Flash...
And also creating 'content editors' that you later use to build the game is better than building the game directly if you work on a big project :)
